As a charity and non-profit, we rely heavily on the generosity of philanthropists, funders and donors to deliver and subsidise our service.

Here’s what we do –

  • We provide access to counselling and support for parents to address issues that prevent them from having positive relationships with themselves, their babies and their families.

  • Our practitioners have access to quality supervision, professional development and support. This ensures they provide best practise services to our community.

  • We receive referrals from, and work closely with, Specialist Maternal Mental Health Services, GPs, Well Child providers and other health professionals.

  • We host events, workshops and other group offerings for our community as well as providing community group facilitation and presentations.

  • We advocate for improved perinatal mental health support through out Aotearoa.

  • We provide online support and resources for our community.
